At our Chef’s Counter, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to the kitchen and learn how we source locally and cook with care for the seasons and the planet.
This exclusive experience is $150 per person, available for 1 to 7 guests by prepaid reservation. For a deeper dive into the experience, pair each course with hand-selected wines to match every course.

Jeff, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and expert butcher, brings his passion for whole-animal sourcing to the heart of our kitchen. He personally butchers in-house, ensuring the highest quality cuts and embracing a nose-to-tail approach that minimizes waste and maximizes flavor. This method is not only sustainable—it’s a tribute to the life of the animal and the dedication of the farmers who raise them. Jeff ensures every ingredient in our kitchen is honored and champions our deep commitment to ethical sourcing and respect for the industry’s ecosystem.

Adam brings 14+ years of experience across every facet of the service industry, from the kitchen to the front of house. His expertise in spirits, wine, and beer—combined with a strong culinary background—ensures that every drink is offered with the same seasonal awareness and balance as our dishes. Through years of research and experimentation, he’s specially developed a playful non-alcoholic cocktail menu for Touché that further showcases our dedication to craft and quality of ingredients.
